The Bolla quarry is located at the ground level of Mount Bolla and currently covers an area of 70,000 square metres. The extraction has been carried out continuously since 1960. The massive size of each single branch (quarry layer) assures a continuous production of each of them. This quarry is certainly among the biggest in the Botticino area. At this site, Ziche Marmi quarry Botticino Semiclassico, Botticino Fiorito and Botticino Cremo.
At this quarry, some exclusive types of marble are also quarried. One of them is Primavera, a marble world-famous for its warm pink tone, used in many important projects both in Italy and worldwide. Among the other materials extracted at Bolla quarry are Bianconeve Ziche and Crema Bianca, two exclusive white marbles widely used for projects all over the world.
