Bianco Perlino is an historic italian marble, also known as White Perlino or Biancone. The quarries are located in the North of Italy near Vicenza. It is a marble characterised by the milky white background with some irregular green-grey veins. The height of the marble layers in the quarry usually ranges between 40cm and 70cm, and so the blocks are usually cut in the sense of the vein. Each slab has a uniform colour and vein pattern even if the tone can slightly vary between the slabs. The Blocks of Bianco Perlino are usually medium or small sized, also because the layers have only rarely a height over than 100cm. Bianco Perlino can be used fot many finishings for inside or outside floorings, stairs, tiles, countertops, claddings, ventilate facades,..
